When anyone dials a number which is off, operator
says by recording: "the number you have dialed is
powered off, please try later.
When rajinikanth dials a number which is off, operator
say: the number you have dialed is powered off, but
please be cool sir. We have sent an officer to the
owner of this number to ask him to turn on his
number immediately and call you back..
